Government of Kerala – Department of Consumer Affairs has issued Monitoring Mechanism to Monitor or Supervise the Activities of Direct Selling Entity and Direct Sellers, 2022 on July 06, 2022, to prevent Direct Selling and MLM frauds and to protect legitimate rights and interests of the consumers.
